Day two: Wood still prominent on the nose, fig and slight ripeness, wood still very vivid on the palate but better integrated, more fruit, cassis, sloe Day three: more fruit, integrated wood savouriness, subtle raisins, supple and full-bodied on the palate, vivid fruit supported by fine savouriness, fine-grained tannin structure.
