Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A slightly cloudy light golden yellow colour. Opulent on the nose: cider, beeswax, warm brick, rose and blossom honey. The palate is flanked by a creamy body with relatively vivid phenolics; powerful acidity carries the body and a concentrated, slightly sweet fruity finish. Dense, juicy, very individual.
