Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A slightly ethereal nose with plum, wild raspberry and red cherry, dried rose petals and a hint of cress. Depth and good tension on the palate, dense and tight-knit structure, the tannins are firm and supportive, also contribute to the elegance. Dry, not too fruity, emphasises the minerality, good length.
