The red wine Cabernet Franc limited edition, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Kurt Angerer has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Kamptal in Austria.
Dark ruby with purple reflections, brightening at the rim. Fine herbal spice and dark berries are underlaid with liquorice and some nougat, with a hint of caramel in the background. Juicy, with good complexity, it is pronounced in fruit texture with ripe, silky tannins and fresh structure. It is long lasting, with a mineral finish. Already drinking well.
