The white wine »Schwarze Erde« Leiselheim Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Landerer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
A restrained, warm bouquet shows candied pineapple and mango as well as a subtle hint of porcini mushroom and a mineral smokiness. It's multi-layered and dense on the palate, with clearly noticeable phenolics and an underlying acidity that builds up to the finish. Flavoursome, juicy and savoury.
