Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter, Ursula Haslauer, Oliver Donnecker, Christian Frens, Kai Schattner;

Yeasty, damp stone, also planty-floral undertones, lily of the valley. Mineral palate, firm, but also full of alcohol, rather restrained in sweetness, will probably mature creamy with well-integrated acidity, round, unaffected varietal type with quite broad shoulders.
