Finely nuanced and fragrant nose with cherry, wild strawberry and a hint of lovage, plus roasted aromas. On the elegant side with good freshness and present acidity, surprisingly DELICATE for the warm 2018 vintage, more Pinot Noir than Spätburgunder, yet with a Saulheim signature.
