It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Roasted wood, hazelnut, mineral, iron-spicy "rusty" tones, and a hint of Fernet Branca. Smooth attack, full-bodied and round, light sweetness, mild acidity, noticeable alcohol, phenolically counteracted, multi-layered, recognizably made with great effort. Softness and structure will come together as the wine matures in the bottle.
