Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The nose reveals notes of peach and peach stone as well as some cassis. On the palate the wine is well bundled and compact, fruit and acidity balance each other without the components standing alone, the overall still quite closed wine seems substantial and should develop very positively.
