The white wine «EB« trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Lanz has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Souvignier Gris from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Ripe notes, yellow flowers, apple, lychee, tangerine, Cape gooseberry, some wax and also wood. Lean, compact construction, juicy on the palate, on a soft base shows beautiful, style-defining savouriness with light, neat piquancy. Good density, tightly woven phenolics.
