The red wine «Wasserburger« trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Lanz has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabertin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Spicy aroma with ripe black currant and some soy sauce, a hint of maggi herb and boxwood. Powerful and firm structure on the palate with subtle savouriness, the tannins are grippy and carry the structure, still slightly green nuances on the finish, consistent and young.
