The red wine Lemberger trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Lassak has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blaufränkisch from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The nose of this Lemberger is delicate, yet deep and dark. Black cherry confit, liquorice, leather and juniper berries characterise the aroma. The tannins on the palate are super discreet and are interspersed with an accurate acidity. Very successful.
