The red wine Hessigheim Steige Lemberger trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Lassak has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Aromas of elderberry and plum jam, sour cherry juice, beetroot and a hint of thyme. On the palate there is enormous extract, but very finely staged. Lots of texture, ripe acidity, intense fruit accompaniment and great length. Has substance for ten years of bottle ageing (or more).
