Tasting Notes
Balsamic nuances on the nose, reminiscent of a spice box. On the palate there are grippy tannins, nutty notes followed by a supple base, firm acidic backbone and minerality. Completely coherent composed wine which combines fullness with structure. Flawless craftsmanship.
