Tasting Notes
"Zabbeduschder" means pitch-black in the Pfalz dialect and alludes to the colour (which is not that dark). Spicy, cherry-fruity and with beautiful acidity, not too complex, delicately fruity and juicy, with fine-grained tannins and an animating style.
