Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Floral touches, passion fruit, ripe mango, hint of lychee: an inviting bouquet underlaid with candied orange zest and blossom honey. Complex palate, taut with tightly woven sweetness, honeydew melon and papaya on the finish. Salty-mineral, it has finesse-rich acidity and remains very persistent. Definite ageing potential.
