Aromas of fine yeast, lilac berry juice, sour cherry, some menthol, ivy, spruce needle oil and fresh bay leaf. Gets straight to the point on the palate with its direct and natural style: demanding acidity at the start, good tension, fresh and pure fruit – red gooseberry, redcurrant and crisp plum – and fine-grained tannin. Individual, scorns convention without becoming radical.
