Yeast on the nose, fine oxidative notes, oyster shell, candied orange peel, green almond, chestnut puree, wet limestone. Wants to be decoded on the palate, good substance, dense fruit, depth and concise phenolic structure, unconventional, exciting. Not a flatterer.
