Tasting Notes
Magnum, disgorged 11/24. Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, notes of fresh yellow tropical fruit, nuances of mango and pineapple, candied mandarin zest and blossom honey, underlaid with delicate hints of wood. Juicy on the palate, freshly structured, notes of yellow greengage and peach, a creamy core, hints of white nougat on the finish. Lots of freshness and further ageing potential.
