Spontaneous fermentation, yeast and some wood savouriness complement each other on the nose. Grated apple, hazelnut, red plum. The palate shows an intense (extract) sweetness, concentrated berry, almost raisin-like flavours, a ripe, well-integrated acidity and a long, fruit-driven finish. High quality in all components.
