Almost opaque blackberry red, fine sweetness in the nose, raspberry, red fruit jelly in positive form, also cinnamon and clove, white pepper, beet juice, yeasty and distinctive acidity on the palate, restrained in the fruit, will still need a lot of time! Worth it.
