Powerfully slate-spicey on the nose, with the scents of spontaneous fermentation - an intense nose. It's pushed and carried on the palate by a brilliant acidity that creates a lot of movement. That beautiful spiciness and slate minerality comes through again, whilst the sweetness blends in seamlessly. Medium-bodied in extract, slightly salty and spiced on the finish.
