The red wine »Cuvée M Reserve«, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Manz has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Mitos, Cabernet Dorsa
Blackcurrant, beet, violet pastille and liquorice. Subtle chocolaty oak. On the palate, the wine has a powerful presence, the fine-grained tannins are juicy, the palate fruit appears natural and has a fine sweetness, the acidity is very well integrated. The wine will continue to develop in the direction of silkiness and spicy fruit.
