The red wine »Cuvée M« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Manz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Spätburgunder, Frühburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Dense and multi-layered aroma: dark fruits of the forest, roasted red bell pepper, ethereal notes and nougat chocolate. Smooth start on the palate, with juicy fruit, well-integrated acidity and noticeable fine-grained, ripe tannin. Definite ageing potential for many years to come.
