Tasting Notes
Gooseberry, passion fruit and lime zest on the nose, also some rock flour and floral nuances, lemongrass. Clearly contoured on the palate, taut and supporting acidity, emphatically dry in expression, creamy notes and with a mineral base. Lime and savouriness again on the finish, a lively and unaffected Sauvignon Blanc.
