Tasting Notes
Some oak and yeast aromas, yellow fruity notes, peach, macadamia nut, and very slight overtones of blossom honey. Silky on the palate, ripe and round, very fine phenolics, strong alcohol, currently still very closed, but already long, and with the prospect of mellowness and a restrained form of opulence.
