The white wine »vom Schiefer« Riesling trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Marc Josten has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Ahr in Germany.
Pronounced spiciness on the nose, fermentation and yeast aromas, wild and indecisive. Ripe yellow apples, some saffron and sugared grapefruit. Tastes pleasantly different than it smells: lean, wiry and mineral-polished. Juicy fruit on the finish.
