Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Mirabelle plum and apricot, fine pear, also tangerine with hints of stony, savoury minerality. Accessible, compactly built Burgunder that does not seem too complex in its well-balanced equilibrium, but conveys charm, savouriness and minerality. All-rounder.
