Finely spiced aromas with a mineral undertone on the nose, alongside blossom honey, some candied orange, sweet rosehip and a minty freshness. On the palate there's a beautiful texture, with a repeat of the honeyed notes as well as dried tropical fruits and pear juice. A lively acidity balances the dense and creamy, texture while remaining fine. Good length.
