The white wine »GG« Wehlen Sonnenuhr Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Markus Fries has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Aroma of ripe yellow fruit, some honeycomb, strong mineral character, wet stone, apple skin shows. On the palate it shows with a lot of texture and drive, lively acidity, vivid phenolics, grippy and firm, has subtle traction, finishes fresh, good length.
