Dark ruby with an opaque core and purple reflections, delicately brighter at the edge. Fine oak savouriness, subtle chocolate and caramel, blackberry confit, underlaid with Amarena cherry – an attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant, floral, with dark forest berry confit, a sweet texture, ripe tannins and touches of orange. It has a savoury aftertaste, shows length, and is a good food companion.
