Medium-bodied salmon pink in the glass. Fragrant nose, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, juicy red apple, rose hips, rose petals. On the palate ripe and juicy fruit, lively, refreshing acidity, fine spiciness, fine phenolics, long on the palate, nice food wine for dishes with fat, e.g. crab cocktail or dishes with subtle spiciness (curry).
