Marjoram and lavender, initially with slightly yeasty undertones. On the palate, extremely delicate, slender, concise, with a firm acidity, and a sweetness already well-integrated. Stronger than "sweet" or "sour" are the dimensions of "salty" and "spicy", showing site expression, a Prädikat that hits the mark, the finish is coloured with pleasing Spätlese aromatics.
