Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, with purple reflections and subtle rim brightening. Fine balsamic spice on the nose, alongside dark wild berry jam, delicate notes of coconut and vanilla, and a hint of precious wood. Taut, ripe cherries to the fore on the palate with supporting tannins and a mineral-salty finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
