The blanc de noirs Spätburgunder Blanc de Noir trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Martinshof has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The nose reveals it was made from Pinot Noir grapes with red fruit aromas: strawberry, raspberry and some cherry, as well as floral notes and a hint of almond. The palate reveals good balance and substance, with balanced acidity, and spicy fruit, not only suitable for drinking on the terrace, but a winner as a food wine too.
