Tasting Notes
Very mineral on the nose. But the fruit is not neglected either: with aromas of nectarine, freshly peeled orange peel and marjoram. Smooth and almost creamy on the palate, then with very fine phenolics and an elegant acidity, the wine has stylish proportions and an intense tactile mineral finish.
More about the tastingIt has aromas of peach and peach stone, along with undertones of a spicy minerality, it is all fresh and very vivid. It is straightforward on the palate, with a layer of suppleness, lots of juice, and a firm but not aggressive acidity. There is a delicate sweetness on the finish, and finally an emphatic tactile minerality.
