Tasting Notes
Day one: An open yellow-fruity aroma flows from the glass, peach and apricot, nectarine. Yeasty and slightly savoury mineral notes are also vivid. The palate opens juicy and then unfolds a well-judged mealy phenolics impression, tactile-mineral perceptions and a very cultivated acidity lead into a finish that seems light-footed in alcohol and body, but nevertheless condenses terpenic extract in the end. Day two: Today, the herbal and savoury aspects of the aroma are in the foreground. The palate emphasises the extract more strongly, the tension is still good, but has diminished a little. Day three: Still slightly yeasty. A little more fruit again. Spicy early on on the palate, slender, sandy phenolics, penetrating minerality. Great length.
