Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow. Attractive bouquet of fresh pears, yellow apple and citrus zest, underlaid with fine tobacco nuances. Powerful, full-bodied yellow fruit, extract-sweet touch, lively acidity, already shows good length, peppery spice on the finish, will only benefit from a little bottle ageing, orange zest. Ripe white fruit, mango and papaya, fine acidity, salty minerality, firm and persistent, a versatile food companion, good ageing potential.
