Gooseberry and apricot on the nose, also pear, plus elderflower and notes of green bell pepper. Lots of juice on the palate, pear again, but also citrusy notes of grapefruit. Present acidity ensures liveliness, dry impression, fine spiciness and also peppery, natural character.
