Fragrant nose, apple sauce, pear juice, yellow gooseberries, black currants, apricots, nettle, elderflower. Powerful palate, lots of juicy fruit, apple and pears again, citrus notes like pink grapefruit, vivid and ripe acidity, fine spice, subtle pepper, nice length.
