The white wine »Pur Reserve« Escherndorf Lump Silvaner trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Meier Schmidt has been rated in 2018 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Some oak, rich yellow fruit. On the palate velvet and silky, with great roundness and slight viscosity, but also with fine-nerved acidity and good flavours. The alcohol is integrated and even the use of oak absorbs the power of the wine without a trace.
