Tasting from 08.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

The oak savouriness meets ripe fruit on the nose, pear and melon, also some pumpkin skin, nutty, also earthy. On the palate, it is a Pinot Gris that is gastronomic in all its character and substance, powerful, juicy, spicy, with a fine residual sweetness that rounds out the mid palate, finishes spicy.
