Tasting Notes
Still closed, but with hints of a good varietal type: Heart cherry, sweet almond and some yeast. Quite dense tannin, sticky and fleshy, very well suited to the warm, natural fruit and the hearty, powerful (rather acidic) structure. Mineral undertones. Independent wine, high quality and rich in content - but still needs time.
