Characterised by spontaneous fermentation, dark wild berries, wild cherry, an intense aroma that emphasises the fresh fruitiness. Mint candy. The palate is characterised by juicy elegance, silky tannins, carefully extracted, vivid but integrated acidity that gives good momentum, nuanced palate fruit, delicate mineral tones.
