Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Due to the frost, only 500 litres made from two hectares, so less than a tenth of the usual. Apricot, red gooseberry and a hint of honey on the nose. In the mouth, the wine has a taut phenolic character, with some clearly tactile mineral components, a lovely savoury depth and good length.
