Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Delicate notes of blossom honey, some mango and papaya, candied orange zest, all underlaid with fine meadow herbs. Complex palate with juicy tropical fruit, delicate acidity and a subtle fruit expression on the finish. A versatile food companion.
