Tasting Notes
If we were to imagine the 500-liter barrel in which it was matured, it would have the delicate shape of a chair by Konstantin Grcic. More mellifluous than its older brother and yet from the clan of barrenness and finesse to saltiness.
More about the tastingClosed, but with a tendency towards complexity: damp chalk and sparkle, blueberry, lime blossom, licorice. Full on the palate, softly grounded, mild, tactile, mineral-intensified acidity, a hint of sweetness, good proportion, unforced, yet striking, aromatically intense, complete. Toasty, nutty finish notes hint at a subtle use of wood.
