Apple compote, some mint and lemon balm. On the palate, a lively acidity, fresh, a persistent mousse, with a beautiful, moderately sweet texture and a hint of mineral undertones, very good length, a high quality Riesling sparkling wine, fantastic to drink, very well balanced.
