The white wine Godramstein Schneckenberg Grauburgunder, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Münzberg has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauer Burgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Light gold in colour. Very clear on the nose, with aromas of ripe grapes, Pinot berries, dried orange peel, and some macadamia nut, still quite fresh given the age of the wine. Initially textured on the palate, with fine but still quite pronounced phenolics, and integrated acidity until the very end. Spicy finish. Have with roasted white meats.
