Tasting Notes
Initially still reductive, then nutty and yellow-fruity aromas, mirabelle plum, some limestone. On the palate a suppleness and medium volume, understated in style, perfectly balanced, very quiet, without showiness, good length.
More about the tastingRather restrained nose, stone fruit, nut and a little rock flour. Then pear, apple and herbs on the palate. Overall a rather restrained aroma spectrum, but serious structure, the acidity is discreet. A Pinot Gris for food, medium length. Potential.
